When you’ll hear back
We answer messages in the order they arrive. Expect a reply within 1–2 business days for general questions, and the same day if a payment problem is blocking your report.
What to include
- Billing or refunds: order ID, the email on the receipt, and the purchase date.
- Report access: your browser, the file name, and roughly when you uploaded it.
- Privacy requests: whether you want data deleted, exported, or have an audit question.
Keep sensitive details out of email
Don’t send full card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data. For privacy requests, include only information you already gave us in the app.
